The Foothills School Division Minds Matter Team invites all parents to our weekly online cafe in support of mental health and wellness! From 12:30-1:30 on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, each cafe will include a brief learning piece followed by an open question and answer period. We encourage parents to chat about helpful coping strategies, how to access community supports, and overall, how to develop a wellness toolkit for your families! Hope to virtually see you there!
