A membership in Toastmasters International is for life. A club membership must be renewed annually or bi-annually (club choice).
One can visit clubs outside of one's primary club without cost. As Toastmasters International is just that, you will find clubs to visit almost anywhere you go so moving does not end the experience. Some clubs offer the opportunity to speak in more than one language depending on the membership. Toastmasters in this neighborhood can also be a great place to practice English as a second language.
