Join us for a transformative 6-week yoga series designed to help you release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility using cork rollers and massage balls. This program combines guided myofascial release techniques with yoga poses to help you move better, feel better, and restore balance in your body.

Shawna Z is the founder of the Wine & Yoga Club, a community designed to give health-minded women a place to connect, socialize, and meet lifelong friends who share their passion for living life with balance.
Her yoga classes are fun and social yet educational and effective, making them great for beginners and a non-intimidating way to discover how yoga can be exactly what you need. Many students stay to chat after class and attend other Wine & Yoga Club events, making this class more than just a workout—it’s an opportunity to build meaningful connections.
