During this series of classes, you will be guided through several meditations that can be reproduced at home. You will learn how to let go of everyday mental busyness and stress, how to improve mindfulness and concentration; as well as how to set up a regular meditation practice.
Each class consists of two guided meditations and instruction. Anyone can practice meditation and everyone is welcome to attend.
