Take time out to relax and unwind your mind with a special breathing meditation.
Together with basic breathing meditations, you will learn a special breathing meditation known as the OM AH HUM meditation. This meditation combines the breathing with a simple mantra recitation. Mantra actually means “mind protection”, and internally chanting these sacred sounds can bring peace and healing. Join us as we learn how to incorporate this simple, powerful form of practice into our daily lives. Each session will consist of clear instruction followed by guided meditation.

Break: 11.30 – 11.45pm
Session 3: 11:45 – 12:45
There will an opportunity to ask questions in both sessions.
